Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pumpkin;

  • 800 g sugar;

  • 1 lemon;

  • 1 cup of water;

  • vanilla sugar to taste;

  • cinnamon to taste.

Preparation

  • Peel pumpkin from skin and seeds, cut into small cubes.
  • Put pumpkin in a saucepan, add water, juice of squeezed lemon, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook over medium heat until syrup thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • Ready jam pour into sterilized jars and roll up.

Pumpkin jam with ginger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pumpkin;
  • 700 g sugar;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 cup of water;
  • 2 teaspoons of ground ginger;
  • 1 vanilla bean.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and dice the pumpkin and put it in a saucepan.
  2. Add water, sugar, lemon juice, ground ginger and the contents of the vanilla pod.
  3. Cook over low heat until the pumpkin is soft and the syrup thickens.
  4. Pour the jam into jars, roll up and leave to cool completely.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g pumpkin;
  • 500 g apples;
  • 700 g sugar;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 cup of water;
  • cinnamon stick.

Preparation:

  1. Dice the pumpkin and apples, put them in a saucepan.
  2. Send water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick to the same place.
  3. Simmer over low heat until cooked through, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking, remove the cinnamon stick.
  4. Pour the jam into sterilized jars, roll up and leave to cool.
