  • Soft cottage cheese – 1 packet;

  • Apple – 2 pieces;

  • Egg – 1 piece;

  • Granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons;

  • Drinking milk – ¼ cup;

  • Semolina – 2 tablespoons;

  • Butter – 10 grams;

  • Salt – 1 pinch.

Steps

  • In a deep bowl break the egg, sprinkle it with salt and sugar, beat it with a fork until it turns white. Pour in milk, sprinkle with semolina, stir. Leave to swell the groats.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a metal sieve and bring to a bowl.
  • Wash the fruit, wipe off any drips, peel off the skin, cut in half, remove the seed pod. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle them into our preparation. Mix evenly.
  • Grease one or more molds with a piece of butter (if there is any left over, you can put it on top of the mass before heating), sprinkle with semolina. Spread out the dough and bake in the preheated oven for about half an hour.

  • As soon as the tempting aroma wafts through the house and the top and side crusts turn golden, it’s time to take the dish out of the oven. Usually it is served with sour cream, with milk or cocoa. Tea, coffee, juice or compote will also come in handy.

Easy millet casserole with apples

Fine yellow coarse is considered to have little nutritional value. But this is its great advantage. Such a dietary supplement in combination with not too sweet fruits helps to reduce the calorie content of the dish, which is important for a healthy lifestyle.

Let’s put it on the desktop:

  • Millet – 100 grams;
  • 1% milk – 1 cup;
  • Cottage cheese – 100 grams;
  • Chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • Apple – 1 piece;
  • Ground cinnamon – on the tip of a knife;
  • Salt, sugar – to taste;
  • Odorless vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Powdered breadcrumbs – to sprinkle over the mold.

Let’s get down to business:

  1. In a bowl, rinse the millet until the water runs clear, pour into a saucepan, pour in the milk, salt and sweeten. Put on low heat. When ready, let it cool down.
  2. Pour egg into the cottage cheese in a bowl, beat with a spoon, mix with cold porridge. Place half of it in a greased and breadcrumbs-sprinkled mold.
  3. Cut the peeled apple into thin slices or grate it on a coarse grater and spread it on top of the mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with the rest of the dough.

Note. If the apple filling is too sour, you can sprinkle a little extra sugar over it.

If you have a handful of oats in the house, you can also use them for cooking. Apple and oatmeal baked goods are fluffy, crumbly and hold their shape firmly.

Let’s stock up:

  • Oat flakes – 200 grams;
  • Fatty cottage cheese – 2 packs;
  • Kefir – 1 cup;
  • Eggs – 2-3 pieces;
  • Sugar – 5-6 tablespoons;
  • Vanillin – a little bit (0.1-0.3 g);
  • Table salt, baking soda – a pinch each;
  • Apples – 3-4 pieces.

Cooking like this:

  1. Pour the cereal into a deep bowl and pour kefir over it. Cover with food film and leave it overnight. In the morning, pour everything into a blender bowl.
  2. Add the grated fruit and all other ingredients. Beat on medium speed to a smooth paste.
  3. Spread into a fairly tall non-stick baking dish greased with oil, bake until “dry match” test.

Ready oatmeal casserole with apple can be cut into layers and smeared with jam, jelly or sweet cream. Decorate the surface with whipped cream or jelly cubes, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
