For this recipe, you will need fresh, preferably homemade cottage cheese. The more tender and moist it is, the more fluffy the finished product will be. For flavor you can add a little vanilla, but it is not necessary.

Ingredients

  • Fatty cottage cheese – 1 packet;

  • Banana, apple – 1 each;

  • Semolina – 2 tablespoons;

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pieces;

  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons;

  • Table salt – ¼ teaspoon;

  • Confectioner’s leavening agent – ½ teaspoon.

Steps

  • In a suitable bowl, mix the semolina with the cottage cheese, salt and baking powder. Leave to stand for a short time.
  • Remove the banana from the peel, slice as desired, pour into a container. Break the eggs into the same container, pour in the sugar. Beat everything thoroughly with an immersion blender. The consistency is quite liquid.
  • Lightly grease a silicone or similar mold with vegetable oil and spread the finely chopped pieces of peeled apple on the bottom. Fill evenly with the soft mass.
  • Bake until ready in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  • Take your time removing from the mold so the puffiness doesn’t fall off.

Note

  • To Pencil. This recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or a light dinner. Just divide the mixture into serving cups and cook in the microwave.

Diet cottage cheese casserole with banana and apple

To reduce calories, we will cook the dish without semolina and flour, taking oat flakes as a filling. Fruit is sweet by itself, so we will do without adding sugar.

We’ll get it out of stock:

  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 250 grams;
  • Oat flakes – 2 tablespoons;
  • Skim milk – 100 milliliters;
  • Banana – 1 piece;
  • The apple is one.

We’ll cook it like this:

  1. Pour the warmed, slightly salted milk over the cereal in a wide bowl. Leave to cool and swell on the kitchen table.
  2. If there are coarse particles of cottage cheese, rub it through a sieve (there is no need to rub the soft cottage cheese mass). Put it into a bowl.
  3. Peel the skin off the apple, cut it in half, cut out the core and grate it on a fine grater. Stir into the contents of the bowl. The fruit will not have time to darken, as there is enough acid in the mixture.
  4. Cut the peeled bananas into thin rings with a knife on a board and gently mix into the mixture.
  5. Grease non-stick molds with vegetable oil, portion the billet into them.

Bake in a hot oven until browned. It turns out tender deliciousness, almost like in kindergarten.

Banana-apple creamy casserole

Banana-apple creamy casserole

You can make a bake similar to cottage cheese with kefir. No one will even notice that there is no cottage cheese at all. Easy, tasty and fast everything is baked in the multivark. The product turns out light, with creamy notes in flavor and aroma.

Product List:

  • Kefir – 0.5 liters;
  • Eggs – 2-3 pieces;
  • Sugar – 150 grams;
  • Top grade wheat flour – 1 cup;
  • Bananas and apples – 2 each;
  • Butter – 20 grams;
  • Baking soda – a pinch;
  • Salt, vanilla extract – optional.

A step-by-step guide:

  1. Peel the fruit, cut arbitrarily and pour kefir mixed with baking soda in a suitable container.
  2. In a separate bowl make a well beaten egg-sugar mixture. Pour it into the bowl. Add the softened butter, flour, salt and a dash of flavoring. Stir with a spoon.
  3. Brush the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Place the whole billet there, level the surface.
  4. Place the bowl in the appliance, close the lid and set the automatic mode “Bake”. Do not lift the lid unnecessarily during the cooking process, as the raw product may settle and turn out “rubbery”.
  5. To be sure, keep the casserole on the heat for another half hour.

Remove the finished product by inverting it onto a plate. If this does not work immediately, use a plastic or wooden spatula to pry up the edges a little.

Interesting. It is quite possible to make baked goods without adding eggs. Bananas contain a sufficient amount of starch and dietary fiber. Whipped with a blender or mashed with a fork, they give the finished products an attractive lushness.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Such baked goods are no less delicious and flavorful when made with homemade or store-bought sourdough or ryazhenka. High-quality buttermilk is also suitable. In this case, it will be better to extinguish the baking soda with a small amount of nine percent vinegar.
Ground cinnamon with apples is a classic in this kind of baking. The spice can be added either together with vanilla or instead of it.
This variant is also possible. Take sweet and juicy fruits, cut into medium slices and lightly sprinkle with sugar. It is also possible to fill the surface with whipped whites.
