Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon;

  • 500 g potatoes;

  • 1 onion;

  • 200 g sour cream;

  • salt, pepper, herbs to taste.

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon into large chunks, the potatoes and onions into thin slices.
  • Place layers of potatoes, onions and salmon in a baking dish.
  • Brush each layer with sour cream, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbs.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

  • 500 g salmon;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 zucchini;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 200 g hard cheese;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • salt, pepper, spices to taste.

  • Fry the zucchini, carrots, and peppers in a pan.
