Curd casserole with strawberries is a wonderful idea for a tasty and hearty breakfast or dinner. Adults and children will be pleased with such a colorful and healthy dessert.
The peak of preparation of this delicacy falls on the summer season. At this time, the red-skinned berry can be picked straight from the bed. In other periods, some people go to retail outlets to get them, while others use frozen strawberries or jam from home stocks.

Ingredients
Fresh strawberries 1 cup;
Fatty cottage cheese 0.5 kilograms;
Chicken eggs 2 pieces;
2 tablespoons semolina;
3 tablespoons granulated sugar;
Vanillin on the tip of a knife;
Table salt ¼ teaspoon;
Vegetable oil deodorized 5 grams.
Steps
- Take out a deep bowl and break the eggs into it. Salt, sugar and beat with a fork or whisk.
- Put the cottage cheese and semolina in the same place, powder with vanilla. Mix well and let stand for a while to swell the groats.
- If there is a noticeable sourness in the curd, it is advisable to neutralize it with a pinch of baking soda. This trick will not harm the flavor at all, but will only make the product more lush.
- Rinse the berries in a colander under running water and let it drain. Cut off the green tails and cut lengthwise (small ones in half, large ones into several pieces).
- Grease the inside of the baking mold with oil, sprinkle with dry semolina, fill with curd mixture, smooth it out.
- Spread the berry pieces evenly over the surface, pressing them lightly into the dough.
- Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Readiness is determined by the flavor and browning of the roll on the edges. To make sure the middle is baked, press on it with a teaspoon. If it yields easily, leave it to “warm up” for another 5-7 minutes.
Note
- Warm pastry is eaten with sour cream or any syrup. Cooled pieces can be decorated with whipped cream or cream. Put the cold leftovers in a container, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for no more than 12 hours.
Strawberry casserole with rolled oats
Desserts with such additives are no less popular. They turn out tender and airy. Flakes are used both whole and ground in a coffee grinder. Ingredients:
- Strawberries without sepals – 100 grams;
- Curd of any consistency and fat content – 300 grams;
- Egg – 1 piece;
- Sour cream or heavy cream – 2 tablespoons;
- Oat flakes – 3 tablespoons;
- Sugar – 4 tablespoons;
- Salt to taste;
- A pinch of leavening agent;
- Butter – 10 grams;
- Breadcrumbs – as many as you need.
Stages of Creativity:
- Fill blender bowl with cottage cheese, egg, sugar, cereal, sour cream or cream, leavening agent, salt. Beat at medium speed to a homogeneous semi-liquid consistency. Thick billet can be diluted with an additional spoonful of sour cream. Leave alone for about 20 minutes.
- Rub the walls, bottom of the mold with a piece of butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the whipped mixture. Place pieces of berries on top of it (leave some whole berries for decoration), on them – a layer of curd dough.
- Place in a hot oven for about half an hour.
Cool the finished product in the mold. Serve directly in it or on a serving platter, pre-decorated with appetizing strawberries in powdered sugar.
Interesting. Both of the above recipes are not only suitable for the oven. Wonderful treats based on them are obtained in a multicooker and in a thick-walled pan with a lid on a gas or electric stove.
