  • Non-fat cottage cheese – 2 packs;

  • Top grade pasta – 200 grams;

  • Sour cream – 100 grams;

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pieces;

  • Butter – 5 grams;

  • Powdered breadcrumbs for sprinkling;

  • Baking salt – ½ teaspoon.

  • Pour cold water into a pot, salt it and put it on the fire. When the water boils, send the macaroni in. Cook until ready, trying not to overdo it. Drain everything through a colander, rinse under the tap and let drain.
